After years of application development, today's bollards have expanded into various styles. Its main classification:
hydraulic bollards 1. Pneumatic full-automatic rising bollard: Air as the driving medium, through the external pneumatic power unit, the drive cylinder rises and falls.  2. Hydraulic fully automatic rising bollard: hydraulic oil as the driving medium. There are two control modes, that is, the external hydraulic power unit (the drive part is separated from the cylinder) or the built-in hydraulic unit power unit (the drive part is placed inside the cylinder) to drive the cylinder up and down.
 3. Electromechanical automatic lifting: The lifting and lowering of the cylinder is driven by the motor built in the cylinder.
 4. Semi-automatic rising bollard: The ascending process is driven by the power unit built into the cylinder, and it is completed by manpower when descending.
 5. Lifting bollard: The ascending process requires manual lifting, and the weight depends on the weight of the column itself.
 6. Movable rising bollard: The cylinder and the base part are separated and designed to be retracted when the column does not need to be controlled.

 The main use occasions, advantages and disadvantages of each type of cylinder are different, and it is necessary to select the actual project when using it.
For some high security level applications, such as military bases, prisons, etc., a rising bollard with anti-terrorism level is required. Compared with the general civilian level of the shipping bollard, the thickness of the cylinder generally needs to reach 12mm or more, while the general civil level of the rising bollard is 3-6mm. In addition, the installation requirements are not the same.
