In the future smart city planning, hydraulic bollard will play an important role in the parking lot and the entrance and exit system. It has stronger control over the vehicle than the boom barrier. It is perfectly hidden, neat and beautiful, and does not occupy the floor space. The anti-collision level can reach 80 tons, which truly protects the lives and property of the people and provides us with a safer living environment.

Hydraulic bollard principle: the car hits the hydraulic bollard, the column blocks the car, the ground panel and the limit flange act as the fulcrum of the force. For the fragile materials such as cast aluminum and cast iron, the fulcrum cannot be made, and the fulcrum must be directly exposed to the embedded base. In order to transmit the strength to the buried foundation, a solid support point can be formed. The bumper flange must be in direct contact with the pre-embedded flange to create piston motion that directly transfers force to the pre-embedded and pre-embedded foundation to release energy. Then when the hydraulic bollard is installed. What are the steps?

Step 1: Digging the pit

Foundation pit width: 500mm

Foundation pit depth: 1200mm

Step 2: Laying the bottom datum

The brick is laid at the bottom of the foundation pit.

Masonry layer thickness 200mm

Step three:

Laying drainage channel (1)

Use a brick to make a drain on the previously laid gravel.

Drainage width: 100mm

Height: 100mm

Laying drainage channels (2)

According to the number of hydraulic bollard, build a layer above the drain to cover the drain to avoid filling the drain when pouring cement.

Step 4: Place the hydraulic bollard

After the drains are completed, place the hydraulic bollard in order according to the plan and adjust the horizontal angle to ensure that the hydraulic bollard is flush with the road surface.

Step 5: Fix the device

After ensuring that the equipment is level with the ground, fill in a small amount of cement to secure the equipment.

Step 6: Equipment wiring

The TV cable uses the RVV3*2.5 specification wire, and the LED warning lamp uses the 4*1.5 specification wire. After connecting the wire, insert the PVC pipe into the control box.

Step 7: Control box wiring

According to the diagram, the control box is connected. The motor wires are connected to the positive and negative lines of the motor and the LED line of the common line are connected to the positive and negative lines of the lamp group.

Step 8: Debugging

After the control box is connected, conduct a power-on test to ensure that the lift is normal, and the rise and fall are consistent with the direction of the remote control.

Step 9: Backfilling the bauxite

After the equipment is debugged, fill in the sand and compact it, leaving a distance of 200mm from the ground.

Step 10: Level the ground

Make sure that the hydraulic bollard is parallel to the ground to pour cement on the bauxite layer, flush with the ground and restore the road surface.
